Event Space Rental Rates Include
Furniture & Amenities
• Rental of the entirety of Danceworks.Studio (except for studio management office)
• Furniture and Amenities, listed below.
• Danceworks.Studio staff person on site during event to assist you and your guests.
* Event Space Rental Rates are subject to 15% increase on holidays/holiday weekends
A security deposit of $250 is due upon execution of the Event Space Rental contract.
The security deposit is refundable during the week after the event, adjusted
for the cost of repair of damages incurred during the event, if any.
• 24 modern white padded chairs
• 6 chrome and white leather benches ( 48”x18” )
• 4 ( 48” ) round tables – max seating 6 per table
• 3 ( 12” ) round chrome and glass side tables
• Built-in bar with granite tops
• 10 adjustable height chrome and white bar stools
• Refrigerator / freezer for cold food items
• Water dispenser — hot and cold
• Keurig coffee maker ( Drink cups, K-cup pods, sweetener and creamer not included )
• Reception / greeting desk
• Sonos sound system — controlled by Sonos App on bluetooth device ( not provided )
• Small ballroom may be used as dressing room, overflow banquet space or for
separate dancing room.
• Clean Up provided by Danceworks.Studio ( at the end of event ) : $100
• Under-counter drink refrigerator ( stocked with soft drinks ) : $1 per can
• Hue and LED multicolored drop - and strip - lighting : $5 per hour
• When alcohol is served during an event, one uniformed security guard must be onsite at all
times, to be provided by Danceworks.Studio : $45 per hour
Optional Additional Fees
• 1/4 DAY event space rentals are less than three (3) hours in length.
• 1/2 DAY event space rentals are less than six (6) hours in length.
• FULL DAY event space rentals are greater than six (6) hours and one (1) minute in length and
less than twelve (12) hours.
• Incremental rental hours between the above stated rates will be charged at the HOURLY event
space rental rate. (ex. 4 hour rental = 1/4 DAY rate + 1 HOURLY rate = $350 + $125 = $475)
• NOTE: The rental time begins when the first event person arrives and ends when the last
event person leaves. Be sure to leave adequate time to clean up at the end of the event.
• Events may NOT extend past 12am (midnight).
• Maximum event capacity is 100 people.
A payment of 50% of the estimated Event Space Rental Fees is due upon execution of
the rental contract, plus the $250 refundable security deposit. The balance of
the Event Space Rental Fees is due one week before the event.
